Over the past week my tang has gotten large raised bumps and they’ve continued to spread throughout his body. Treated him for ich, could this be a fungal infection?

While this could be an abscess, it looks more bacterial. May have stemmed from injury or skin irritation and best treated with Seachem Kanaplex in a separate tank with clean water and focus on water quality moving forward

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

The fish is not eating at all? That is a serious symptom.

What did you treat the ich with?

Can you post a video of the fish so I can check its respiration rate?

Jay

Very grim respiration rate
Might end up donating him somewhere
