I bought this guy awhile back and at first everything was fine. Quick side note it’s attached to two live rocks and while getting it settled it tore a little words the base. But even after that the polyps tried to open but never fully opened.
The last couple days it is turning white on the top. Here is a couple pictures. Please HELP!!!

Possibly bleaching? How long have you had it in total? Did you acclimate it to your lights?

I don’t have a phosphate test kit yet. Sorry I’m still new to this. I also didn’t know “light acclimation” was a thing so no I didn’t do that. I got the coral on Thursday.

Generally speaking, it's best to acclimate corals. I keep it simple and start all corals on the sand bed for the first week and gradually move them up. Depending on your lights, it possible you bleached the leather by placing it higher in the tank so soon

See all the brown stuff on all your rocks. Your tank is still new. I'd say it's not balanced yet.

In my experience when moving leathers sometime it takes a few days/weeks for them to settle in and have full polyp extension. I saw your water parameters listed but thought it would be advisable your check your temp as well.
