Hello Everyone! I’m curious to see what your favorite fish/why? If possible could you post a picture? I will be starting to stock my first reef tank in a couple of months after finishing my build and cycle. All I have done before was FOWLR predator tanks.
Looking for ideas and advice. I have a 240 gallon tank or please check out my build thread for my tank parameters.

My Favourite Goby in my 10G Nano. Sorry for the poor photos as they are really tiny and hard to capture .
Unfortunately I've lost them a few years back when I moved house.

I have to say my copper band butterfly. I didn't expect her to have so much character. Difficult to explain.
While foraging for food and inspecting live rock, she'll be upside down, sideways, trying to get into everything nook and cranny. Fearless fish.

Next up, my fox face. Such a chicken and needs a security blanket. But such a gentle fish. For now.

I haven’t had luck with a butterfly fish before what do you need to do? Oh and the fox face I think is a must for all tanks.

My favorite is a blackened grouper on a pretzel bun.

Butterfly are easy to injure. I was most fortunate getting one in decent health. Lots of worms on my live rock fory cbb to graze. Well, there was.

She kept with the fish during feeding time. Others have had much success with shaved clam. If you want to view the thread I can link it for you.
