What a dilemma!!!

I’m setting my old Jbj 24 up as a frag tank. I just stripped the stand down today and converted the tank to rimless. I already have a current orbit marine. The light isn’t the brightest for sure. Option one is add another orbit marine which I can get for $65 and mount it with currents mounting arm. Second option is adding a current orbit marine pro which I can get for $100 and build my own mount. Option two is a mars aqua fixture by itself which is $120. Final option is a prime hd which I know is a good option. It’s twice as much though. I was trying to keep the frag tank cheap hoping the wife doesn’t notice LOL

I vote Mars aqua, value option with all the punch you need

What about the 30w hipargero on Amazon? It’s 30w and $65 with a mount. Think this would work as well as the mars at growing zoas 8“ down in a 14” wide tank?

I’m not sure about the hipargero that you suggested. I think the mars aqua sounds like what you need.
