What additional support may be necessary for 250 gallon system?

Moving my tank from what was once a ground level concrete pad to a new home on a first floor with basement. Im wondering what additional support may be necessary to ensure the integrity of the floor. The floor has two steel I beams 6 feet apart and the tank is a 6x2 foot print. I can also center the tank over a cinderblock wall. Where would the best position for the tank be and what if anything should be done underneath?

I can do either. The middle beam is the main wall through the house so it can be up against that to be perpendicular to the joists. Or it can be perpendicular to both beams so the weight is spread on both beams but only a couple joists.

Those Joists are huge compared to mine. I got a 200 gallon Tank upstairs just supported by hardwood bearers and hardwood 125x50 mm Joists. My Joists were spaced 500mm centres so i doubled up on that and placed the new ones right below the feet of the tank. The Joists span 3m. Tank has been up for half a year and is still level as. I calculated weight of tank stand and water/rock to be near the 1.2 tonnes.
If you are concerned work out where the tank goes and place extra joists to go right below the feet so they are supported by more than just flooring. I would place the tank so the long side runs with the i beam so your load is spread over more joists.
Safest place would be right above the i beam, weakest right in the middle of both i beams.
