What kind of algae is in my sump wall and on my heater?

Hair and bubble algae. If those are on your DT too? I got those before and add couple of snails and gone.

I see hair algae for sure. Looks like green cyano on the heater and likely some diatoms all over. Make sure you have measurable phosphates and nitrates so you don’t get dinos.

The brown looks like brown cyano with the way the bubbles are. Dino’s can look simmalar to that, but there would be more bubbles in my opinion, and the green hairy stuff looks a little like hair algae, but the way the stems look it also looks like bryopsis.

still relatively new... probably just finishing up some of the ugly stage at the end of cycle

few snails, water changes and some manual removal... will be good as new

this is in your sump? do you have water movement?
