What algae is this ? And what eat it ?

I wonder how onchidella floridana does against this. They are turf algae grazers and much better in our tanks than a sea hare. They are small and reproduce in the home aquarium frequently. Worth trying for those who may still have issues. They sell them on the wyld zone site.
