Any suggestion how to clean it up ?
Yes get your no3 and po4 in line first ...and then something like cynoRX .. or a similar product ....chemiclean .. triton also has one now too ..
But if you can get a sample under microscope for a positive ID .

Try using a turkey baster or something to blast it.
If it comes apart and detaches from the surface its on easily then it is most likely cyano.
I solved my issue with cyano by keeping my nitrate at at least 10x what my phosphate is.
What are your nitrate and phosphate levels?

I have tried turkey baster for awhile but the algae dose come back, No3 is around 5-10 and Po4 0.06

The turkey baster is just to test if it is cyano and will not rid you of it

Definitely comes of easily, What is the best course of action to get rid of this nasty algae ?

It’s actually bacteria
I raised my nitrates to balance out my nutrients but you seem to have a good balance assuming your test kits are accurate.
i dont like to recommended chemical remedies but have used cyano x a couple of years ago and it did work on purple/red cyano.
If you have any bacteria in a bottle you could try giving that a shot to out compete the cyano. If not then it will be best to just buy cyano x instead.
Do some research before using.
