What Algae is this?

Hello,

I can't seem to get control of this algae and I'm not sure what it is, it comes off in clumps and feels like a soft fussy mat. Can someone help me ID this algae and the best way to treat it? I've attached a photo of a chunk I pulled off.

Green hair algae, which means you have high nutrients, especially phosphates...try to get those down and keep on manually removing the algae...I had the same issue and vibrant took care of it also...
