What algae is this?

It keeps coming back no matter how I clean my tank everyday. When I leave it for 2 days, those brown things will be 2 or 3 times longer than that and my whole tank will be surrounded by it unless I blow them out with my long syringe tube

Dinos. Clear as day. Get a sample under a scope and find out what type.. You may be lucky and have an easy strain.
