What Algae?

Can someone tell me what type of algae is this? Tank was completely restarted and has been up and running for 3-4 weeks now. Some of it has bubbles in it. Its a brown/black color algae.

It is inevitable with new tank setups! Part of life...

Does it go away on its own or do I need to take action?

Minimize your lighting schedule and feeding, water changes, increase water flow and patience will help out greatly
