What all for Ecotechs?

So I'm looking to hang 5 XR15 lights on the RMS track above my tank. Exactly which additional parts do I need to accomplish this because there's like 5 different extras you can order that appear they will work with this track but you can't tell if they're all necessary.

I'm looking at the 80.5" track. Does each light come with something to mount it to this track or is that another purchase of what? Slide mounts? What about the hanging kit... doesn't each light come with something to mount it with? Looks like eyelets, is the hanging kit worth the money or can I just use stainless picture cable?

You need the a mount for each light (looks like X) , 2 arms and one of the rails to the length you need.
