Looks like a mix of chryophytes, gha and dinos to me.
It may not be any of these, but it at first glance struck me as chrysophytes, but that color doesn't really match that conclusion for a bulk of it.
Juat a though, mostly a bump as I am not that experienced.
What color would you describe it as? Amd have you tried using a turkey baster to see if it blows off, or forcepts to see if it easily pulls off?
If it does blow off, does it form webs in the water column with the lights on but stay particulate if lights off?

It tends to look green with a flashlight on it, last I tried it blew off relatively easy.
