If you're referring to the little white spiral things, they appear to be spirorbid worms. harmless filter feeders. Can multiply quickly though. They usually regulate with how much food is in the tank, if you're getting an abundance of them overfeeding is a possibility.

Those are keyhole limpets. Good algae eaters.
