What am I seeing good or bad

Ok so not sure what this thing/things are it just randomly showed up in a zoa colony. It’s only on the one rock as of right now but Noticed it while I was on an Aptasia killing spree. Hopefully it’s harmless

Looks like a ball anemone to me. They are usually harmless.
