Was told it is some sort of pocillopora. He had 2 types, the 1 looked like your classic green damicornis that goes nuts. He said that 1 did spread everywhere in his display and frag tank.

The 1 I got isn't as thick and bushy and he said did not spread except for typical encrusting and growth pattern. Wasnt sure but he thinks it was some kind of pocillopora as well.

Was told mine was a stylophora. I think the diff between stylo and poci is that poci look "lumpyer" and stylo is smoother.

The polyps do remind me of a stylo. Just not a growth pattern I've ever seen in a stylo but there are many species within the stylo and poci genus, some much less common in the hobby than others.
