I bought the fauna marine lps pellets off brs last week, came in a new packaging and the content percentages were changed..called and got my money back. They said that ecotech is the retailer for them now. But I'll use this stuff and see what happens
Fish once a day will spectrum pellets or rods food for the fish alternate 2 day pellets 1 day rods. On the third day I feed an hour after the lights go out so my corals get some goodies. Feed rotifers and oyster eggs once a week and reef roids once a week both after lights go out
Spectrum pellets couple times a week. Lrs reef frenzy 4 times a week. Krill to nem once a week. Mysis with reef frenzy,arcti-pods,phytoplankton mix 2x a week. Target feed lps 2x a week. Arcti-pods daily. Return off add little food gyre goes off n feed pumps are off 30 minutes.
Once a day, I fed the fish a couple pinches of NLS pellets, and one cube each of Hikari and PE Mysis. Once a week, the coral would get a cocktail of: a cube of cyclopeeze, a spoon of reef roids, spoon of reef chili, and squirt of oyster feast. I would turn off the return pump, and leave the circulating pump running like this for about an hour.
Edit: Almost forgot, I also add a clip of either fresh Agar, or TLF purple veggies every other day.
Sprinkle of NLS pellets once a day. LRS reef frenzy, mixed with Reef Roids nano for Sunday tank supper, and then Reef Snow, once a week, usually mid week. Tang gets a hunk of nori almost daily.
Also use Reef Energy a/b once a week.
Seems to keep everyone happy.
I make a slurry in a 16 oz cup of tank water I add 1capful of marine snow, 2 cubes of frozen mysis, bout a 1and 1/2 inch piece of rods, bout 25 sinking pellets, a pinch of flakes, and about a 2inch piece of nori cut tiny. I feed 3 10ml syringes of this mix twice a day.
Then I hatch and feed brine once every other day with a slow release feeder over about two hours for my pair of manderins.
