It means its EOL, meaning End of Life.
Its not even an A2, as the A2 probably replaced it, which means its definitely not the A3 PRO.
Its missing the 4 FMM imputs at the top even for it to be a A3 Pro.

Your best bet would be to reach out to Neptune customer support and give them the S/N and P/N and ask them to confirm.

This looks like the Apex 3 pro controller from Neptune, but again your best bet would be to contact Neptune directly sometimes system will use old hardware upgraded to the latest firmware to support new products.

Now that I'm more educated on these controllers, I will be WAY MORE careful next time I'll be shopping for used apex.
