What Aquarium controllers do we use

Well they came out with a Entirely new system on Sunday. It is orange and grey and much different although they say it is backward compatible with the older modules looks interesting

How donyou like that, I am looking for a Net module for mine

I've been using it for over a year (I am a beta tester) and it does everything I want.
I currently have a 58g mixed reef tank. The Archon controls my heaters, stand fan, ATO, wavemakers, return pump, etc. All in all it's a great system.

Can I use my RKE and just buy the Module, or do i have to repurchase everything

The Archon itself is a complete controller, so you wouldn't add it to your RKE...it would replace the RKE. You can use all the modules from the RKE on the Archon (with the exception of the Net module which is not needed since the Archon has built-in wifi and an ethernet port).

Oh, so it comes with the screen the sl2 and power bar?

APEX, love it mostly, but do get annoyed as Ecotech and Neptune seem to be parting ways and I'd really like to take more advantage of my vectra pump and do hate that every once and awhile my radion lights just go missing, sometimes they come back and other times is an hour or 2 of reset, attach, reset, attach.

Don't know that the problems I have would not be there on the other systems or if it is a Ecotech-Neptune thing. When I bought there was nothing better for an all in one IMO. I'd like to have an all in one solution, but so far no one can provide that and I just can't ditch my radions as they grow corals like halides IMO without the heat and energy cost. I'm sure there are other LEDs that do as well and maybe are better suited to one of these controllers. If Ecotech would just make the jump to a full controller I'd probably go that way as I like the rest of their stuff, but as of today I'm pretty happy with the apex, but it does have a steeper learning curve.

Because most of the lightning and doser now comes with the build in timer or controller. You will find there are a good number of reefers dont use controller these days (alot).

I was using a reef keeper lite yeas ago when i was still using a non dimmer light. Since then my reef keeper has been sitting in the closet the last two yrs
