What are best medicines for external parasite?

i found out my tang is scratching his body on rock and yellow watchmen goby has some kinds of black looking fluke on its side of tail and some of its body is little white. Should i use cupramine or paraguard or combination of both?

Sounds like black ich, it’s a type of fluke. I use prazipro for that although you can go the formalin route as well. Check this link out. Does look anything like this?
