Sometimes people use a six line wrasse to control their populations. Also flatworm exit can’t be used but it’s a process. When you kill the flatworms they release toxins into the water so large water changes and carbon are used as well as removing as many as you can while they are dying after treatment.

I have the flatworms in my 30 gallon tank actually so I have been thinking which route I wanted to go.
I’m thinking of trying a Melanurus wrasse as I’ve heard they will eat them also. The only trouble I’ve heard of from six line wrasses is for other fish in the tank. They’ll kill or bully other fish. I don’t want to use flatworm exit and risk harming anything else.

Another thing you could try is velvet nudibranch. Just gotta be careful with powerheads.
