I think 0. I am colorblind which doesn't help but typically when I have been told its 0 it looks like that

I’m seeeing 2-3ppm, but API tests are not that accurate.
Anything under 10ppm is good for me, and it’s certainly lower than 10.

Using the lighter colour on the left-hand side of the vial, it shows a value of about 2.5
