What are some DIY projects you wish more people would post?

Browsing through the DIY threads recently I found DIY projects for all kinds.of things reef related! A lot of them are projects I've wanted to do, some I've done, and others are just daunting!

It got me thinking though, with so many DIY projects out there, what are some that you wish there were more posts for - something you'd love more info on?

I voted other, I wish people would post their DIY HOB refugium. I need to raise my pH and refugium seems like the best way to go about it but there is very little information out there for DIY HOB refugiums and whether or not its even worth it.

Powder? It'd be great if someone could rig up a system where it'd add some food, add some water, mix, dump, rinse, repeat.

see i wasnt thinking that way i was thinkin a mini fridge with a magnet stir with your choice pefered coral foods. and some how dose the foods into the tank throughout the day.

I saw one. Someone used a mini beverage cooler and then hooked a dosing pump to it. I can't remember who it was.

You could also make a diy chiller this way, just put the reservoir in a mini fridge and recirculate the cooled water in a cooling loop.

I've considered similar before figuring out the aiming my powerheads more at the surface was enough to get the temperature down where I needed. I was thinking as easy as a 5 gallon bucket with a coil of copper tubing with some poly running through it. A fan pulling up and blowing out cools the copper.

Don’t know the name but have seen it made on y tube small fridge and a dosing pump for feeding his liquid food and keeping it chilled

I've been meaning to make a 3d-print better feeder. Pellet food with even the dump bucket feeders kinda sucks, and lets not talk about freeze dried basically not working.

Frozen is interesting, but freeze dried is going to be more accessible.
