What are some lower phosphate foods ?

I use LRS frozen. I heard its good for low phosphates. What are some other non frozen ( pellets) low in phosphate ?

Real food like scallops, any whitefish, shrimp etc...research making your own food here, you'll be glad you did.
Make it, freeze it, feed it

From my understanding many factory prepared frozen seafoods are sprayed with a phosphate solution bc phosphate seals in moisture and keeps freshness.

So even buying fresh from a seafood deli counter may have this phosphate spray covering the seafood item.

Prepackaged seafood in a frozen container almost definitely contains the factory phosphate spray.

Aquarium fish food specific frozen foods should say on the front of the package that its phosphate free. If not, then be skeptical.

So bottomline takeaway is to always rinse your frozen food in a finely knitted fishnet
