With your budget a 4 bulb t5ho will be perfectly fine. 6 bulbs would afford more color options but 4 is fine. I used a 4 bulb aquatic life fixture for a while and was very happy with it. $75 is a good price provided the timer and fans work well. ATI bulbs for the win. Two blue+ two coral+
