How old is your tank? Is it still cycling? A quick fix for high nitrates is a 50% water change. Nitrites should be undetectable, my eyes see 0.05.

Yep looks like .05, once it gets down to 0 then large water change or 2 to bring nitrates down. Then your ready for livestock.
