What are the optimal phos and nitrate numbers ?

What do you think are the optimal numbers for phosphate and nitrate?

I currently have mine at

Phosphate - 0.1
Nitrate 10ppm

Having said that, it also depends on your reef - if your corals are growing well and you have no nuisance algae, then I wouldn't wory about the parameters.

I currently recommend 0.01 to 0.05 ppm phosphate and 1-10 ppm nitrate. Higher than that is much better than lower, and may be fine.
