What are these 2

Brought my first corals yesterday one being this little Zoanthid, (dipped it prior to adding to the tank)
Its tiny but I noticed a small clear bubble thing on the left of the photo?

Any ideas that this is?

Also noticed a weird moving thingy, it has several tentacles and appears yellow with black strips. The only thing that I could found on MELEVS REEF that resembled it was the Banded Serpent Starfish. But I'm not convinced its this.

Any ideas what this is?

The video shows it moving but has to be zoomed so far that the quality is very poor.

Any help on ID would be great. (ps I'm not referring to the feather duster)

Thanks very much, just Google imaged it and I think that you are correct.
Are they harmful?

Nope good cuc.
And i think the bubbles are dead polyps.

Thanks very much. BTW I worked out that the bubbles were glue. The frag came away from the plug, so I had to glue it back on, whoops.
