What are these and is it good or bad?

The first part of the video is what looks like white smoke. Is it just micro bubbles coming across the glass? I haven't been able to find anything else like it on the web. The next is the white almost root like looking things growing on the glass. Any idea on what they are and if I should clean them off? Thanks

Well the white smoke isn't visible after I uploaded the video, but any help on the other white things would be appreciated.
