What are these? Are they algae’s?

not sure if this is a hair algae. It seems to have leaves rather than just hairy.
Also the second one is clear and just floats and moves with the current so it’s definitely not an animal or critter. But what is it? Any ideas?

Yikes. Looks like bryopsis. I don’t have experience other than knowing it is one of the hardest to eradicate. There are probably lots of threads around here if you search.

Is the second one just one long tentacle that branches into two at some point along the line? Does it ever retract or disappear?
