What are these black things

My yellow flower pot recently got some type of black things . Are they snails? Can I get rid of them ?

Kinda of hard to see can you get a better picture maybe zoom in more. Kinda of looks like part of the skeleton showing.

Are they Gall Crab holes? Barnacles?

As posted above, perhaps move the coral or get the tentacle to retract and try another image.
