This is the best I can do because they are so tiny. They are all over the glass. Please help me identify what they are and how to get rid of them.

And I don't get how they just suddenly pop up in my tank because I don't see them earlier today.

They look like amphipods. Generally good CUC, can eat zoas. If you want them gone get a Halichoeres wrasse of any kind they will be greatly reduced in a week or two.

If they are good for the tank then I'll leave them, thank you!

:DThese are tanidaceans, commonly referred to as munnid isopods. They are very common in new tanks but generally fade away as the tank matures. As has already been stated they are harmless members of the cuc and tasty fish snacks.
