I dont even see them earlier today. I went out for two hours and came back to see this.
This is the best I can do because they are so tiny. They are all over the glass. Please help me identify what they are and how to get rid of them.

These are tanidaceans, commonly referred to as munnid isopods. They are very common in new tanks but generally fade away as the tank matures. As has already been stated they are harmless members of the cuc and tasty fish snacks.
