What are these bumps on Copperband?

I have a large healthy Copperband Butterdly in my DT that is an Aiptasia eating machine. He is happy and eats like a pig.

I have a 50 gallon frag tank hooked to my system and it is plagued with Aiptasia so I decided to add a copperband. I picked up a medium one on Friday. It was eating mysis in the store and looked healthy.

I just noticed these white bumps around its face. Any idea what these are and is there a concern of it spreading into my DT?

It appears to be healthy and swimming around well.

first guess lymphocyst .... first issue is that fish is so so skinny. does it eat well ? How long in your reef ?

After reading a little it does seem to be Lympho. It is pecking at everything but hasn't touched an Aiptasia yet. I picked it up Friday so it is a little skiddish. I watched him eat mysis at the store. Haven't seem him go for any of the food i fed to him. However, I didn't see my copperband in my DT eat for 2 months before I got it hooked on black worms.

Ok now it is starting to look bad. The fins appear to be rotting off. It is swimming well and I seen it eat some mysis earlier. What do you think? I am worried this could spread to my DT and affect my other fish.
