What are these critters in my tank

I have just found a translucent sack that seems to have hundreds of eggs inside??
Also some sort of crustacean he looks like he has no head and has green algae where the head looks like it should be

Its hard to tell from the picture it could be stomatella cant tell if the one in of the pictures has legs or not with the green hair algae and i also see a dino bloom.
