Found these dots around my tank. Any idea what they are?

Nope never seen them move. Have them on my rocks and stuff. They seem as if they are like hard or something. I think my snail might even have some.

I must have a lot of nerite snails on the way. They seem to be more common on the frag plugs and some of the rocks.
