yea these are flatworms, given the closed up state of the coral most likely euphyllia eating flatworms. You need to dip the coral and scrub off any eggs

this link should help you id the eggs, I havent had to deal with them before as i am pretty paranoid and scrub and dip in multiple solutions before i place corals into my tank. Would rather have 1 dead coral than deal with pests

Ya I don't think I see any eggs, I have no idea where these worms came from, I have a few other torches in my tank that don't seem infected, but maybe I should dip them just in case

I would just get a new cheap toothbrush and scrub any parts without flesh just to be safe
