Tough to tell, but possible! They are usually in squigglys and very tiny bunches if they are.

Since I can’t see it too well, could also guess pineapple sponges or collonista snails?

When you google the sponges, do they look similar? At least they aren’t too tough to remove (unless you allow them to multiply). Pretty easy manual removal with tweezers!
