What are these growing in my sandbed?

My Tank is currently empty and I have these weird bubble tube things growing in the sand. They came after I put in the empty hermit shells (apparently not cleaned enough). Anyone know what these are?

Possible start of dinoflagellates. What's your tank parameters please include nitrates and phosphate

My Nitrates are at 4 and my Phosphate is at 0.04. I’ve never seen it present like that.

Common identifiers for dinos include the small gas bubble at the end of their "strings" so I would absolutely +1 sfin52's id. There are some good forums on here regarding battling dinos, so I'll see if i can link them here.
