What are these growing on coral?

Two white things "growing" in coral.....are these just new extensions of the coral or some type of pest?

It look like pineapple sponges, completely harmless

Agree, pineapples. Filter feeders. Good guys.

if you don't like how they look there, you can take them off without any issues. They can't harm/damage the coral, and if you take them off of it is the same.
They are filter feeders.
