Ik they’re a type of slug and not good but what’s best way on removal since they release stuff into water when harmed?

Red Planaria Flatworms, don't eat anything, but can choke out coral and they cover everything.
Can nuke a tank. Best bet would be to siphon out as many as possible during water changes, and then look into either a natural predator such as a wrasse, or flatworm exit. However when using flatworm exit you must take extreme precaution. When these guys die they release a toxin. So you want to siphon out as many as you can, run the treatment, with carbon, and then do a series of water changes.

Okay I have a mandarin goby in the tank because I was originally told they would help, but I wrasse would 100% eat and take care of the issue?

Yes, it’s reef safe. Check this article

Unfortunately that is not something that can be guaranteed it's hit-or-miss
