What are these hitchhikers

I found these this morning the one is kinda flat and small and egged shaped and has markings on it.
And it went into the hole

Then I seen this huge worm crawling around it had like 3 or 4 short tentacles sticking out its head

second looks like bristle worms.. but its hard to see. and i dont see anything in the first photo
 
Get a banded shrimp, he will take care of it at night time. They do well on getting worms out by eating them. Good luck!!

Those are bristle worms, they can be beneficial for scavenging the left over food. If you feed a lot then they will multiply and become a problem. Otherwise you can keep them in check with a few wrasses.

Bristle worms have tentacles on their heads? and the first pic the critter is under the hole on the right about a quarter inch below the hole
