What are these? How do I get rid of them?

I haven’t added any new coral, fish or invertebrates for past 5 months. I saw these a month ago and now they are increasing in number. They looks like small flowers growing off of white tubes.

Harmless feather duster worms, no need to get rid of them

Better known as tube worms which use their fans to capture food. Although reef safe can grow in numbers and overtake some coral stealing their food source
Starving them quickly reduces their numbers

I don’t overfeed my aquarium. Couple of corals died probably because i left my algae scrubber ran 24/7 for few days depleting the nutrients to zero. Remaining Corals not coming around well for a month now so was think these could be taking nutrients from them. So was thinking to add something reef and inverts safe to add to aquarium. I have lots of snails and couple of shrimps in my tank.

The featherdusters aren't taking an awful lot of nutrient ... and they're pooping, to whatever extent worms poop, which adds nutrient back into the system.

That having been said, arrow crabs and copperband butterflies will both target featherdusters - which one you could add would depend on your tank.
