Any clue what these are and if I should remove them

They are harmless and good cleaners. But a lot of people dislike the way they look and remove them. Entirely up to you. There is absolutely no worry unless they get gigantic which rarely happens.
 
I think I will leave them. I have to go to lfs and get more CUC. Had a algea bloom. Tank has only been up for a few weeks. About time to add fish
 
Yea I have a few about that size no issues at all I seen them when I feed poke out and grab what ever hits the rock
 
I somehow avoided getting them in my tank for more than a year. So I had a reef 2 Reef member send me 6 of them and now my tank is sufficiently packed with them.
 
Good cuc, just don't come in contact with them. They call them "Fire Worms" for a good reason:confused:
