What are these little clear/white bugs?

I am hoping they are phytoplankton od some sort. sorry for the crap picture, my fome does not do well with closeup's

I’m not sure... I have something very similar. They don’t seem to bother anything, so I just leave them be.
 
I can't tell for sure, but they kind of look like flat worms.
 
They will populate all over the place. You will see them on the glass when you get a little film algae on it. When you clean the glass you will see your fish gobble them up as they float in the water. Free food! Good sign the tank is maturing!
I actually do not have fish. Only coral. Softies and LPS.
 
Free food for fish and coral- Make sure there is hiding places for them in the rocks.
 
Munnid isopods. Harmless and good fish food.
