What are these little dudes?

Saw a substantial amount of these on my rockwork. I'm not sure what they are, sorry for the bad quality. I can try to take a better picture of them if need be. One of them was green, not sure if that helps. Other ones were clear with the solid line in the center. you can kind of see them in the upper right.

Yeah, they do. Looked it up and that looks like them.
