Sorry I forgot to respond to this. You can find a file convert website like free convert.com and convert a .mov to a .mp4. You could also create a youtube account and upload the video then copy the link here.

I finally got a microscope and found out they are indeed ostracods. But can find much more info on them. Good guys bad guys? What eats them?

They're good guys - basically benthic pods with hard shells. They're one of those things where a lot of critters may eat them occasionally, but it's pretty uncommon for something to actively feed on large numbers of them.

Their populations in our tanks tend to self-regulate.
