What are these little thing?

Hi. I have these little things crawling around.
I thought they are some sort of shrimp as once in a while I have tiny clear shrimp looking things floating in the current.

Video worked for me. Those look like amphipods. They are a sign of a healthy tank! They are good clean up crew members and good fish food!

Will these be sufficient to keep a mandarin goby fed?

A mandarin won't eat amphipods. A single mandarin can wipe out a copepod population very quickly as they need to eat many times a day.

Hmm ok. So I guess you have to add the copepods to the tank and let them multiply. Then add more every so often. Once the Mandarin has been added.
