What are these on my PBT

Saw these this two white string like spots hanging off of him. Any idea what this could be? Have a strict QT process and all other fish look okay. He is starting to swim a little crazy now.

Looks like lymphocystis which is viral
Please post pics under white lighting for accurate assessment
If lympho, due to poor water quality and/or diet

what test kits are you using?
What foods are. You feeding?

Using Hanna test kits and feeding Nori daily and Rods Frozen Food. How do you treat this? Thank you.
