What are these on my rocks?

Not sure if it is in the right section but I notice some weird stuff showing up all over my tank.

It is like short white strings. I thought it was worms at first but it is really soft and can be brushed off.

Any ideas what these are? Good or bad?

Well at least it is not vermitid worm. Should I be concern about it though? There is quite a few.
