tube worm. These worms, are a family of marine polychaete worms characterized by protruding feathery brancheae. They build tubes out of a tough exudate, strengthened with sand or shell. Unlike the other tube worms, this genus glomerual secretes a tube of carbonate instead. Two ways to rid of them:
Aim water flow towards them , not at them making them unable to grab food and they will starve and wither away
Other option is to place a dab of gel super glue on their heads and again, they will starve.
Second pic is aptasia anemone, also capable of stinging and multiplying quickly. Using a syringe, you can inject lemon juice into their center core and they will melt away. Other option is to use kalkwasser powder mixed into a paste and again, inject into their center core
